Peter George joined NetMotion Wireless as Vice President, International Operations in the summer of 2005 by which time he already had over a decade’s experience of helping organisations to plan and deploy their mobile working projects across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

For the early part of his career Peter worked for a variety of Government and Business Information Service organisations, managing high security networking, data collection, workflow and messaging projects. During the 90's Peter was General Manager of European Operations and International Technical Director for mobile systems management vendor XcelleNet.

Between 2000 and 2004 Peter instigated and was Director of the Mobile Management Forum, a consortium of 62 government and blue chip organisations focused on driving the definition of, and conformance to globally agreed standards in mobile data and communications technology.
