Prior to DiVitas, Mr. Young was European Managing Director at NetDevices, where he lead their European operations creating their sales strategy, building the sales team and the sales channels across Europe while successfully positioning NetDevices in a new market segment called Business Gateways. Before NetDevices, he held senior positions at Cisco Systems, 3Com, Nortel, Bay Networks, Xylogics and IBM.
