What they do:
The Millennium Commission has invested over £2billion of National Lottery money in buildings, environmental projects, celebrations and individual community schemes across the UK to mark the third millennium.
What they wanted:
They were looking for an outsourcing supplier who was prepared to understand their business and their strategy. This issue was about service quality and partnership, not cost. Because, as they had already discovered, the cost of poor service is very high.
