What they wanted
After some major corporate changes,Jim Beam Brands Greater Europe decided to outsource its IT function. ISG Webb was appointed. A subsequent decision by their American parent required installation of and migration to a new infrastructure. They have now outsourced all hardware and software support to us. A telephone-based Help Desk
troubleshoots and fixes any local problems. System performance and availability is monitored actively and regular reporting and trends analyses provided.
