Iskra Nikolova is heading the Voice Product Management team at Cable & Wireless where she is responsible for a portfolio of products including TDM voice, IP Voice, Fixed Mobile Convergence and LAN Solutions.

Previously, Iskra managed the broadband product portfolio at C&W and led various voice strategic programmes including the investment in NGN voice services. In 2005 Iskra and her team brought to market Intelligent Voice and Intelligent Working – a flagship portfolio of SIP based voice products. Prior to joining Cable & Wireless, Iskra has spent 5 years at MCI Worldcom where she focussed on introduction of new products and platforms. Before that she worked for Ericsson in Europe and the Middle East and for a mobile operator in Bulgaria. Iskra holds a MSc degree in Telecommunications and an MBA degree from London Business School.
