Can you mobilize your entire workforce and still improve the bottom line?
Wireless and Mobile Applications Theatre
Gordon Young, DiVitas Networks
|
Mobile Unified Communications (Mobile UC) has created a new breed of mobile worker – the so-called corridor warriors, who are typically tethered to their desktops, yet need to perform job functions that require them to move around (on- and off-campus). Mobile UC inexpensively mobilizes these workers (assistants to multiple brokerage executives, for example), enabling them to place and/or respond to calls and/or messages, regardless of their location and type of network access (enterprise- or public- WiFi or cellular). This speech will discuss how total business-mobility, and thus increased productivity, can be achieved at a desktop phone price-point. |
